    Hi there, I have been having itchy rashes on my hand for a week. I still dont know what cause the rashes. Started to get it when I changed my bedsheet. I think the bedsheet or detergent used to wash the bedsheet might cause the rashes. Maybe I’m allergic to it. I have been using Fenistil gel and taking zyrtec allergic tablet. I dont see any improvement after using these products. Any other suggestions?

    Good evening, if you experience an allergic reaction and you don’t know what’s causing it, you may need to see your doctor to determine what the cause of your allergy is. In most cases, over-the-counter antihistamines, such as Analergin, Levocetirizin, Zyrtec etc, can be effective for controlling mild allergic reactions. Once your doctor determines your allergy, you should avoid exposure to the allergen (maybe detergent for bed sheets). If your problem lasts more than 7 days or gets worse instead of better, I would highly recommend visiting your doctor. Best regards, Barbora Jedličková
