    My two and half year old baby is having cough and running nose. Which medicines will be best for her. Kindly advice. She is not able to sleep due to coughing in night and it is a wet cough. Thanks
    Good afternoon, small kids could use expectorant (ACC, Mucosolvan, Ambrobene..) during morning and early afternoon (until 4 p.m.) and might add antitussive (Ditustat, Tussin, Sinecod) with sufficient delay (after 8 p.m.) fo night relief. Buy one of sprays (Olynth 0,05%, Nasivin Sensitive 0,025%, Otrivin 0,5‰) or bulb syringe (nasal aspirator) for nose release. Press on general practioner, if cough persists longer than 10 days or whether baby suffers from high fever, has got trouble with breathing (wheezes, whistles or even expectorates blood).
